Natasha Collette is a graduate of Berklee College of Music (Boston), where she studied Film Scoring. This training was immensely valuable during the production of VIDA, which is truly a ‘movie without pictures.’ Always emotion-driven, her musical compositions usually begin as story concepts and develop a life of their own. This CD allowed for storytelling, in its most literal form, as well as a luscious underscore; a through-composed stylistic adaptation.
Since this project began as a labor of love, her asthetic mark is prevalent throughout the writing, music, and visual appearance of VIDA.
